Our VIP Famil Package makes sure you have the perfect venue for your delegates.  We assist you to inspect the venue to ensure it suits your needs.  We prepare an airfare, all transfers and petrol vouchers so you can visit the venue to see for yourself.   Don't worry though - we are there with you the whole way!  We will provide a personal itinerary and instructions for you and accommodation at the venue.
