I have worked with VMS for many years and they were my first call when we were asked to host the 2013 International Reading Recovery Trainer Institute. From assisting in forming an initial budget and presentation to the Executive Board, Michel, Libby and their team were always there making it possible with a practical, non-nonsense, can-do response to any challenge – big or small. The VMS team organised the website, keynote speaker arrangements; registration and accommodation for over 400 international delegates; formal dinners and social events; a tight sponsorship program; technology; desktopping of the Institute program… even thank you cards! They carried the heavy lifting getting us the right venue at the right price that could meet our requirements of a site that could deliver 40 break-out sessions, plenaries and key notes across a three-day meeting whilst delivering excellent catering for a range of dietary requirements.

During the Institute they delivered a smooth daily registration process and ran a professional, on-site help desk. Most importantly for me they ensured we were on budget and on time in delivering a comprehensive final financial report. Thank you!
