It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Lindsay Wallace as General Manager.
Lindsay commenced as our Business Manager in 2018 and is across all aspects of VMS with particular emphasis on business development, client relations, onsite logistics and technology. Lindsay has called Sydney home since 2011. Her experience ranges from Food and Beverage Management in the United Kingdom and New Zealand to Conference Sales and Business Development Management in the Hospitality Industry within Australia. Her experience has provided her with outstanding customer service skills and has given her a strong attention to detail and a committed loyal approach to all her clients.
Throughout this COVID19 period Lindsay has shown great leadership in all our new projects including the realignment of our business and programs, launching our suite of RegoDirect services including our upgraded Conference Registration Website, our Conference Event App and Contactless Kiosks ensuring we are ready for the future of events. She has also been integral in the establishment of the remote office environment supported by a new online CRM as well as upgrading our website.
COVID-19 has significantly impacted our industry and this appointment is a positive reinforcement of our commitment to provide the transition for a successful ongoing future for VMS. I look forward to supporting Lindsay in her new role.
