VMS has been kept very busy this year delivering logistical support and registration services to a multi-venue roadshow throughout NSW for one of our favourite clients. These events have taken us to Wagga Wagga, Canberra, Tamworth, Dubbo, Ballina and Coffs Harbour …. In all, we have organised over 180 events at using 65 venues in Regional NSW.
Roadshows are a great way of taking a conference to the delegates, it provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in the surroundings of the people attending and this could be helpful in insightful to their challenges and what resources they have available. It may also create a more comfortable setting for them to provide feedback as they are in familiar surroundings.
Booking venues for a roadshow when you are unfamiliar with the area can be very daunting. At VMS we offer a complimentary VIP site inspection experience to ensure that you make an informed decision on the property chosen for your event. This experience includes flights, if required, as well as accommodation and full venue tours. This is crucial in visualising the flow and practical requirements of the conference and the suitability of the venue. Seemingly inconsequential aspects of a venue may become a huge challenge if not researched properly. (For instance, the size of a pre-function area that is required for registration and exhibition).
