This month, one of our partners, the Mercure Sydney International Airport had the pleasure of hosting the non-technical training for the Dealer Principles learning about the new 2018 Range Rover Velar on their premises.
Having been refurbished recently, the hotel’s versatile ground floor ballroom was the perfect venue to display the vehicles. The convenience of having roller door access straight into the ballroom meant the large ground floor ballroom could be divided easily into 2 separate showrooms. The showroom flooring could be suspended and lavish drapes flowed from the ceiling to the floor.
The main hotel lobby wasn’t forgotten with a static car display, showcasing new vehicle creating a point of interest and exposure for the launch in a high traffic area of the hotel. Guests were peering into the vehicle and casually chatting with staff about the interesting lobby centre piece. It was definitely a hit.
The event required car parking for 30 vehicles, which could easily be accommodated in the hotel’s new underground secure car park. allowing easy access to the vehicles or drive programs that happened at various times throughout the event..
The event spanned for a two week period, in which time the hotel team managed to offer 5 star service and amenities fitting of the clients brand, showcasing their enthusiasm and willingness to meet their valued clients expectations.
“It has been a pleasure to be challenged to meet the expectations of this type of event and we always welcome all clients to think outside the box . Our team strives to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results” Lucas Gimenez Polcheira, Director of Sales at Mercure Sydney International Airport
