We recently had a two day pressure packed conference for over 125 delegates in the Pavilion Ballroom cabaret style. The set up and ongoing needs of the group were well looked after for the entire period. The hot food was excellent but (if I am being picky) the cold alternatives were a bit limited. The view at lunch from the balcony over the famous Bondi Beach is one to behold making for a great experience. The ability to roam this iconic area after the days conference was also a bonus. Overall the staff were attentive, enthusiastic, friendly and work well as a team, contributing to a very successful conference. Mike Schrafft
